Installation

- Browse to http://saicloud.com and log in with your email address and password.
- Click on the Flexi license
- You will see a detail page with the activation code and instructions on how to download and install

- To access SAi's collections of profiles, browse to http://profiles.saicloud.com
- If you buy media from a Flexi Reseller, check if they have Flexi icc profiles for their media
- Media manufacturers keep libraries of icc profiles for their media

- Open Preference Manager
- Select Factory Defaults
- Click Load

A license can only be used on one computer at a time. If you want to use your license on another computer, you will need to remove the license from the other computer first. See Moving your license to another computer
Subscriptions

Both subscriptions charge your credit card every month. The difference between the two is that with an annual commitment, you are committing that you will be paying for a subscription for an entire year. You will not be able to cancel the subscription within that year.
With a monthly commitment, you are free to cancel at any time.

- Log into saicloud.com with your email and password
- Click the Manage button next to your subscription product
- Click Update Payment details
- Follow the instructions

- Click History

- Log into saicloud.com with your email and password
- Click the Manage button next to your subscription product
- If you are on a monthly commitment, you can click Cancel Subscription
- If you are on an annual commitment, you can switch auto renewal off which will make sure that you will not be renewed at the end of the year you committed to.

You can pause a subscription that has a monthly commitment by canceling the subscription.
When you want to resume the subscription, log back into your cloud account and in Manage subscription, click Resume Subscription.

After a successful payment, your license is updated on the server. Flexi checks for a license update every time you start the software.
If your license shows as expired, it means that Flexi was not able to get the updated license.
- Make sure that you are connected to the internet
- Go to Program Files and launch License Manager manually
- Click Check for License Updates
