Artwork Approval
Clicking the Artwork Approval icon will open a browser and log you into your cloud account, displaying an overview of all your artwork approval jobs.
In this list you can see the status of each approval job, the customer name and email, the title of the artwork and how many revisions have been made so far.
Clicking the artwork title will take you to the detail page of the job.
Clicking the trash can will delete the approval job.
You can send jobs for approval to customers from Flexi. This sends an email to the customer that contains a link to the archived design file. The customer can then review, correct or approve. When the customer clicks on the link, the Job Approval Tool launches. That tool enables the customer to add position-specific pushpins and written comments to the archived file to indicate what needs refinement or correction before the job can be approved.
