Clicking on the top-right user icon will open a pop-up menu, giving the possibility to go to SAi Cloud Account, My preferences, Help or Contact us pages.

My SAi Cloud Account

The My SAi Cloud Account page can be accessed by clicking on the SAi Cloud Account option from the User menu. This page contains information regarding the SAi Cloud account, grouped in sections:

- Account details

- Address information

- Users

- Password

Changing any of the information displayed here will also be updated in SAi Cloud.

 

Edit Account details

Account details can be edited by clicking the EDIT button from Account details sections, which will open the Edit account details page.

Any changes made on the Name or Phone will also be reflected in the SAi Cloud account. The changes can be saved by clicking the UPDATE button, which will open a confirmation pop-up.

By confirming the update, the SAi Cloud account information will be updated and the user will return to the SAi Cloud Account page.

 

Edit Address

Clicking the EDIT button from Address section will open the Edit address page, where the address for SAi Cloud account can be updated.

Clicking the UPDATE button requires confirmation, while NEVER MIND will discard any changes and return to the SAi Cloud Account page.

The SAi Cloud Account’s address is updated by confirming the operation.

 

Show on map

The address can be shown on map by simply clicking the Map icon. This will open the map in a new tab.

 

Reset password

This section gives the possibility to reset the SAi Cloud account’s password, which requires confirmation.

By confirming the reset, an email will be sent from SAi Cloud, with instructions on how to reset the password.
